ご丁寧なご説明、誠にありがとうございました。

ただ単純に、ホームディレクトリで作業していなかったからと言う
ことですね。
サンプルがusr/share/OpenRTM-aist/examplesにあるのかを確認し
て、そのままこのディレクトリで実行したのが間違いでした。

# “１．ネームサーバを起動”にも、「ホームディレクトリで実行
# して下さい」的な但し書きがあると親切かもしれませんね。
