- Tool support for the formal verification and generation of state machine-based software components.
- Use TLA+ to specify a state machine and verify that it is correct
- Generate source code from the TLA+ model for software components
-- OpenRTM FSM components
-- ROS smach state machines
- Project will involve the development of a tool that converts a TLA+ model into OpenRTM FSM code and ROS smach code
- Promotion of the tool and approach at ROSCon 2017 and at SI 2017
