エラーが発生し切断できない。

18:10 バグ #231 (終了): Properties::load()での文字列解析処理でのバグ

Properties::load()メソッドにてファイルから文字列を読み込み解析する処理
に於いて、"\r"のチェックを行っていないため、改行コードが"CRLF"のファイル
をLinux環境にて使用した場合に不具合が起きる。 kurihara
